Mere AnglicanismAlthough the conference is now sold out, with a record 700 people signed up, you can still join us at the Cathedral for worship services throughout the weekend.

Evensong | Thursday, January 23, 5pm
This traditional service of sung evening prayer will be a wonderful way to begin the weekend. With music led by The Cathedral Choir of St Luke & St Paul, and William Gudger returning to play the organ, it is certain to be a musical treat. Our preacher will be the Rev. Dr. John “Jack” Collins, a North American academic and professor of Old Testament at Covenant Theological Seminary.

Holy Eucharist | Friday, January 24, 5pm
This Rite I service of Holy Eucharist will feature not only  the Parish Choir of St Helena’s, Beaufort, but also the Charles Towne Brass Quartet, timpani and a bagpiper. Our preacher will once again be the Rev. Dr. John “Jack” Collins, and our celebrant will be the Right Reverend Mark J Lawrence, XIV Bishop of South Carolina.

Morning Prayer | Thursday, January 23 & Friday, January 24, 8am
This quiet service of worship will be led by longtime Mere Anglicanism chaplain, the Rev. Leander Harding.
