The Ladies Gathering will be held at 7:00pm, June 16th at the home of Ginger Bergstrom.  1130 Mim Ave. Charleston

Theme for the evening is “Julie and Julia” night.

Julie tried to “master” every recipe in the Julia Child “Art of French Cooking.” We will have discussion about about “Mastery” and “beauty.”  This idea is inspired by Spoleto, and some conversation I had with Susan Schweiger at Jones house, and Joan Jones’ lovely home and a ton of other things God has been revealing that are beautiful and at the same time challenging!

What to Bring:
Each of us will bring our “signature dish” to share.  The dish that we have “mastered” and can make almost without thinking.   If you don’t have time to create it you can bring the recipe to share.  It might be that your signature dish is “jello” or “kraft” dinner and that is ok too.  The ordinary has beauty in its own way.

The second thing is that everyone will bring something Beautiful to share.  Can be an object, a photograph of something or someone, or what ever you want to share that in your view is “Beautiful!”
