The Walkabout offers a week each summer to be rooted more firmly in God’s Word, to be connected more closely in relationship to each other, and to open our “gates” more fully to our neighborhood and to those who need the encouragement and joy found in relationship with Jesus Christ. Seeing Jesus :
~ the transformation of a neighborhood
The theme of this year’s Walkabout teaching was designed to encourage us all to become deliberate and more open to “see Jesus” and, at the same time, to become more and more a church that is a place where others can “see Jesus” as well. For one man who Jesus encountered, it meant climbing a “sycamore tree” before curiosity could be completely satisfied, and he could truly “see” FREEDOM!
Walkabout Registration Fee: (covers the cost of all meals and materials and will be collected during check-in Monday, August 9th)
