Walkabout Nursery

(infants – 2 years) Babies are always welcome!
A professionally staffed Nursery is provided beginning at 6PM, Mon-Thurs evening during the Walkabout.  Parents are invited to bring children to the Nursery on the second floor following dinner.  Mom’s and Dad’s who desire their baby to stay with them are also offered a Nursing/Changing area in the Living Room on the First Floor in the event that a quiet area is helpful.

Walkabout Little Kids : Zac’s Clubhouse

(3 & 4 years) Zac’s Clubhouse meets on the Mezzanine. (2nd floor)  Children age 3 and 4 are invited to enjoy four nights of “curious” exploration.  Zacchaeus was a wee little “curious” man.  Together with their teachers, the children will learn lively songs, explore big Biblical ideas, and enjoy time in our new outdoor children’s learning environment.  Like Zacchaeus, our children will be “Seeing Jesus”- even though they are short.

Walkabout Kids : Midtown Photographic Expedition

(rising K – 8th grade)  Seeing Jesus, through a Photographic walk to points north, south, east, and west throughout Midtown.  Utilizing lessons in “orienteering,” the children will go on photographic expeditions to specific destinations related to the Biblical focus of the evening.  Children will need to wear comfortable shoes, cool clothing, and do not need to bring a camera.  All materials and equipment will be provided.

Photographers in the rising 6th-8th group will have a modified schedule and explore more advanced photography techniques.  Older students may bring cameras, but the students will be responsible for the care and protection of their property.

***Please do not bring any other valuables or entertainment devices.
