P arents with children under 4 years are offered Nursery support during the Sunday 9:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. services.
The Nursery is open Sunday beginning at 9:00 a.m. It closes at 12:30 p.m.
Allergy Alert
The Nursery areas are food and drink free spaces with the exception of water or a bottle provided by a parent.
Finding the Nursery
Parents will find the Nursery located on the second floor of the Parish House adjacent to the Cathedral. Come in the second pair of double doors and climb the steps to the area we call the “Mezzanine.” Just around the corner, to the right, are the Cathedral Nurseries.
(Our Nursery is a bit difficult to find. Anyone you see will be glad to walk you to the greeting area.)
The Cathedral Nursery environments are staffed by an amazing team of professional Nursery Ministers. (2-4 caregivers on Sunday)
Two spaces and a “toddler friendly” restroom are dedicated to supporting parents during worship and for occasional parish events.
- Infant to 15 months room
- 16 months – 3 years room
Children of all ages are welcome in all worship services. There are quiet “fidget” and coloring materials available in the Church.
Check In
The Nursery opens on Sunday at 9:00 a.m.
When you arrive simply write your child’s information and a *cell number on the laminated card. The card is magnetic and can hang on the wall. Take the matching tag with you.
A cell number is very important. This is one of our ways to reach you in the event of an emergency during the service.
Check Out
When you come to pick up you child(ren) simply take the magnetic tag off the wall and give it and the matching tag that you took with you earlier to the Nursery staff person. Siblings of children are not permitted to pick up children from the Nursery.
Regular Nursery Attenders
Please be sure to fill out the Nursery registration form and give it to a member of the Nursery Staff.
Nursery care is provided on Sundays but not at all church events; however, when it is offered it will be communicated in advance in the bulletin and the website. When using the Nursery at other times simply follow the same check in/out process.
