It is now possible to give to Coastal with your smartphone through TEXTING! You can give any amount, any where, any time, any place. It is not billed to your phone. It is through your Bank/Credit Card that you register. After a one step registration process (takes less than 2 minutes), you simply text any amount and hit send to our giving phone number.
To make a mobile donation to Coastal Community Church:
1. Send a text message to 843-277-8337 with the AMOUNT you wish to give
(ex. 65 or $270)

You can give to Coastal’s Christmas Offering through both PayPal and TEXT Giving. In PayPal simply use the word “Christmas” on the Purpose line. When TEXTing, text the amount, space, and then type the keyword “Christmas” and send. It’s that simple! This year’s Christmas Offering is going toward digging a water well in Haiti, funding our LOVE CAN Help a Child budget, and remodeling our children’s area/child check-in as we move into our new building.
What the Bible says about giving
Giving is a vital part of spiritual formation and growth. It requires two things of us:
Faith
Giving is an active expression of our faith. It recognizes God as our True Provider and affirms our confidence in His ability to supply all we need. It’s an act of gratitude and dependence.
“Bring all the tithes into the storehouse so there will be enough food in my Temple. If you do,” says the LORD Almighty, “I will open the windows of heaven for you. I will pour out a blessing so great you won’t have enough room to take it in! Try it! Let me prove it to you!” Malachi 3:10 (NLT)
As we listen to God’s voice and seek His will for our lives, His plan for giving will become obvious to each of us. In response, we can eagerly give, knowing that it pleases Him. Through our gifts, we prove faithful in the stewardship of all God has provided for us, while He blesses us beyond what we can imagine.
Faithfulness
